The main campus for CBCS is located in Ridgely, Maryland. The college was first established in 1977 and presently has several hundred graduates.

The Maryland Higher Education Commission certifies that CBCS satisfies all of the criteria for the status of a religious degree granting institution in Section I-202 of the Education Article.

CBCS is accredited by the Accrediting Commision International (A.C.I.) and is an approved Certified Academic Institution for the NCCA.

This college encourages all graduates to attend annual graduation ceremonies held in Maryland.
